The State of New Jersey, Board of Public Utilities has awarded Inside Management Ltd. a three year contract in the evaluation and training of 360 degree review processes. Dr. Lilian Abrams and Stacy Berman, two of IM's consultant team, will be working on this project which will include developing and implementing a 360 Degree Feedback Evaluation process, introducing methodologies to improve individual performance, and develop an ongoing 360 degree Feedback evaluation process for use after the contract period ends. An estimated 50 managers will be involved in the program.
