Manufacturing and Processing
Whether our clients' factories or plants are in a single location or widely spread throughout the country - even internationally - IML is prepared to provide advice as to concept and approach in all phases of expansion. Sometimes even a minor product line addition or change can make the difference between mere survival in the marketplace, and an overwhelming success that can catapult an organization into a permanent leadership position. Such is the relationship of trust with IML that we seek with all of our highly valued clients. And such relationships have been the true basis of client success in several instances. We invite a wide array of successful manufacturers and processors to take advantage of IML's experience and knowledge.

Municipalities
Municipal Governments, themselves, just as Corporations operating in a more competitive environment, must be run just like businesses, certainly as efficiently. Within each municipality, there are any number of Departments - many, such as the two Fire Districts IML serves, have a great number of people who must interact smoothly and effectively. Therefore, "hiring practices" and promotion opportunities are of critical importance, as is the scheduling of personnel, whether paid or "volunteer." IML works closely -usually hand in hand --with elected officials and appointed leaders, alike, to create an atmosphere conducive to success, thereby fulfilling the often demanding requirements of a closely observant electorate.

Restaurant Industries
Because of the wide and varied - and extremely successful Restaurant Industry backgrounds of several IML leaders, Inside Mgmt Ltd. has an impressive roster of food service businesses that reads like the "Who's Who" of the Industry. Most look to the organization for guidance, particularly in the areas of cost and pricing, but also in hiring practices, employee recognition and in all phases of Operations, including site selection, expansion and franchising, all in which IML has considerable experience.

Retail and Service Businesses
The more competitive the environment in which the business must thrive, the more closely management must be aware and astute. It is always a good idea to have a built-in "second opinion" when it comes to making decisions that are going to have a profound impact on the near and far future. By working consistently with IML, our professional consultants gain an intimate knowledge of the goals and objectives of the owners and managers of our client's organizations, thus affording us the opportunity to non-subjectively evaluate the decision-making processes of our clients, before, during and after execution. Invariably that gives IML clients an important edge in the marketplace.
